The parents flew off to Hong Kong earlier on for their weekend rendezvous dad's meeting, which again, leaves the four of us home alone with my dementia-stricken grandmother and the not-so-smart maids. I haven't experienced this often ever since I left to study in Melbourne. So usually, when I'm not around, my sister is left to play the big sister role. This time around, I'm home, playing the big sister role and I can't help but feel a little scared. What happened almost three years ago still haunts me every now and then, in fact, it has been contributing to my sleepless nights. All I can say was, it displayed the foolishness of my relatives and the friendliness of my neighbours.
