Ramblings: Claire bear turns 19

Today's a very special day because it's none other than claire bear's 19th birthday. My friend here i know, is very terrified about ageing but claire! Who isn't?? I know we're all getting oldddddd!!

Anyway, claire, so sad we aren't home to celebrate your birthday with you, but i'm sure you're having a blast now in the field having your little bbq party!

I've know you since the time we attended the same chinese tuition at mrs lee's, and i always remember how she used to get frustrated and say, "jia jia! don't draw!! we're reading!!". After that, you left to the states for about four years before coming back in form one and joining "1 rubi". We didn't exactly get off to a good start, but as time passes by, we got to know each other better and we were classmates all the way till form 5. Well, being the emo me, i am going to get all sappy here... So yes, i'm thankful to have a friend like you (even though you're weird!

) and i will never forget all the silly little things we did... Like when we were in form 1, khalida's mum drove me, you, and trace to klcc. It was like our first outing together and we ended up having mos burger? Wahahaha.

In form 2, i remember how me, trace and jen caught you going down the escalator with *a certain someone* at metro and we tailed you guys. Then, you turned around and gave us this look and continued walking quickly with *a certain someone*. Nevertheless, we tailed you all the way back to school.

In form 3, i can never thank mayn and you more for being there for me when some silly stuff happened (in which when i think back, i feel utterly stupid and childish!). We hung out more, and remember after pmr, we went shopping at klcc together? You, mayn and i took a train down to shop instead of going to school.

In form 4 and 5, we were in the same class and this was when all the stupid stuff happened. For two whole years, we sat down during biology in the lab, talking non-stop whilst normala attempted to teach the class; we slept during bm when "rat" was trying to teach us komsas; we (you, mayn, trace and i) never paid attention during sohaida's chemistry; haslina called you a sotong; you always missed your bus and came late; how the four of us had lunch before excel; how we rushed for miss lee's tuition... I really really miss the times back then so much. We all had fun, didn't we? I really really miss sitting with trace, mayn and you at the back of the class and doing all those silly little stuff.

We might've grown apart a little now that we've all gone separate ways, but i wanna thank you for being such a wonderful friend, and despite everything, we're still all best friends. Remember, we're always there for you when you need us. (Oh my god, this is too emo!!) Don't be so silly to think that we're too busy for you!

My friend here is a genius. She has scored herself a bank negara scholarship and she'll be off to the states at the end of this year/early january 2007 to do acturial science at one of the top university in the states (and probably the world). Just don't stress yourself out too much and worry so much ok?
