Liberation yo

I'm done! Year two first semester.. DONE!

My last paper was the intermediate financial accounting (IFA) paper and it was damn pei because i was studying till 4.30am and when i went to bed after that, the phrase "related party transaction" was playing in my head over and over again like a broken recorder and no matter what position i was on my bed, i couldn't get that phrase out of my head.. Worst thing was, not that it was some important information regarding related party transactions, but just those three words playing over and over again in my head. The next thing i knew, it was 6.30am. Tossed and turned a little, and my alarm went off, indicating that it was 7.30am. Feeling super tulan, i got up, got myself ready for exam, made myself a cup of instant latte and popped two ginseng pills and off i went for my final paper. The verdict? The paper itself wasn't too bad although i *really* loathe doing journal entries - revaluating assets and consolidations.. Especially consolidations, bloody hell you get twenty over entries and you wouldn't even know if you got it right or not. Plus minority interests.. *screams* Nevermind, i can quite confidently say that i can pass.

After exam, shaun drove us to box hill to have lunch at kayu for nasi kandar but our trip proved unfruitful because it was closed for the afternoon period already. We settled for chinese food instead. After lunch, walked around a bit, we (me, sarah and faye) waited for edwin and shaun in the arcade since they were playing daytona racing.. and then we went home. Reached home around 4pm and i crashed right away till 9pm. I had cocopops for dinner.

My parents are in NZ now (auckland, to be exact) and they will be home tomorrow. If only they could drop by melbourne on their way home and pay their poor little daughter a visit! Anyway, i am still waiting for MAS' pathetic phone call and i *might* still be able to go home. We'll see how it goes. I can now get some proper sleep (yeah like twelve hours per day), do some shopping and reading, as well as replying outstanding emails.
